Will it run it.... ?.... Like as in, does it have enough HP? Yes. But it mounts on the side. Or do you want a rear 3pt? What do you mean a rear mount?

Here are a couple pics. Doesn't look like it would be too hard to make one. I'm also missing this part on my Haban sickle but it's on a 1641 so I need to fab up something a little different. At the moment I'm using a tie down strap, just a bit Red Neck but it works.

well, Haban didn't make a rear mount pto driven sickle bar. The problem I see if you want to convert a mid mount Haban to a rear PTO driven is that the rear PTO will not spin fast enough. but I could be wrong and I often am. There are a couple of companies that make a Hydro powered sickle (no belts) might be a better idea.
I am not sure why you would rather have a rear mount than a mid mount. the point of a mid mount is so you don't have to keep looking backwards. I had a tow behind sickle, key word had. just my opinion

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
