I think that's an early front blade. I made a set of those hangers for a guy on the "other" cub forum.

It is a Sub Frame for a NF Cub Cadet with "bolt on" features.

If you keep the blade an want to use it on a WF, you will have to extend the pick up bracket to clear the WF.

Might consider letting the NF bracket go with the sub-frame if you don't need it.

So now the question becomes is it worth holding onto or how much is it worth so I can sell it.

There are many factors that influence price: ie. condition (overall, the scraper blade and the "feet"/shoes....huh, I forgot the name of them , location (a buyer who has to have a full blade shipped isn't going to want to pay a full price for it), time of season (hold onto it until the first snowfall, when demand for it might be up), interest (when several people in the market want a particular item, then the price usually increases...supply vs. demand). As a rule of thumb, I have seen NF blades sell from $0 (take it with you) to $150-$175. Without seeing the rest of the blade set up or without knowing your location, I would price it about $100-$125.....at least that seems to be the average price of one in my parts.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
