This gap exposing the trunion don't seem right to me. This has the Johnson Loader on it. Is it right or could it be a PO moved it back to make more room to get in and out?
I'll need to do the same repair on a 1650. I've never done one. I'd like to make it foot control while I'm at it since it is a loader.

It looks like maybe the po has cut the frame. The hydro adjustment hole seems to line up with the fenders/seat pan location

I think he shortened the tunnel cover. If he moved the fenders and seat back then the angle of the fenders to the footrests would look strange and they look correct, unless he moved the footrest back also.

I agree with the other guys, it looks to me like the tunnel has been cut off.
For the life of me I don't understand why.

I agree with the others, I think the cover was cut. On the plus side it looks like they cut it straight so it shouldn't be to hard to fix.

I can not see anything that looks different than a factory cut. No burs, straight and true. I don't see where anything was moved either. I'm more concerned with the trunnion. I'll have to see others to figure out what is up with the gap. Maybe a shorter cover was put on.

Maybe the cover they put on was shorter because somebody cut it.

I don't think the tunnel cover was cut. I think the fender pan is set back further than it should be.

I agree,the tires will be closer to the front edge of the fenders,and if you measure the front edge of the pan to the dash tower i can check mine and see if it is the same.
