Xtreme has a bracket kit. You can probably pickup a set of wheels cheep on Amazon.

Thanks, I forgot all about that website. That's the cheapest price I have seen on the brackets too. I hate spending money on things I can make, but sometimes you have to factor in your time.

I put front wheels on a 50" deck I cut off a junk deck. I can't get it to cut and paste for some reason. If you're interested, check in my profile and look under my threads. The title was 50" deck upgrade, front casters.

i found some for free on a crapped out gt deck and cut them off...then fried em on my rebuilt 50"...stole the rebuildable spindles too
i like free...you know what they say; one mans trash is another mans treasure

I put the Xtreme bracket kit on mine when I redid it, and love it. Best mower I have now.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
