Question
I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer but I am not sure if I am asking in the right place. I've never used these forums so please excuse me if I'm not in the right area to ask a question (any advice on how all this works would be appreciated). Anyway, I have a 2B tiller on my 149 that I have been using to till my garden and our friends and neighbors gardens. That tiller does a beautiful job. Can I use this tiller on an original or a 72?

The Model 2B was designed for the 82 Series Cubs.
Model 1, 1A, and 2 were designed for all prior models EXCEPT the Original. The Original had a tiller of it's own.

While you could probably make it fit, I wouldn't do it anyway, because that little 7 h.p. in both of those tractors will have a really hard time pulling the 2B. A 1/1A with both extensions removed would probably be fine though.
