New weed whacker
So after 7 years my cub cadet weed whacker broke the pull cord, unfortunately its not serviceable so I had to buy a new one. Because of my severe brand loyalty issue I bought another cub weed whacker but my new on is a premium line so its fully serviceable and I can buy any part I need right from the cub website. It also came with a brush cutter attachment that I've yet to try out but so far I'm really happy with it and it runs great.

That looks to be the exact same as my Troy-Bilt trimmer other than the yellow plastic where mine is red. Out of the box, mine would barely rev up and had hardly any power. The carb adjustments are supposed to be tamper proof but I was able to turn the screws and richen the mixture up and now it runs great. I'm sure it was set extremely lean to meet EPA regulations.

Nice Tim. I won't go into talking about curve shaft versus straight shaft whackers with you because of your recent posts but wanted to let you know to be careful with whacking those mushrooms.

I've got one like that...had it two years and always starts on the second or third pull.
