Why do we have a Firearms, Motorcycle, RC cars, and Hunting and Fishing sticky here? Those aren't cub related........

Don't see where this is any different..................
I completely agree Josh.

OK
1: I have no problem with the OP posting that he bought a Deere, I have one also and the OP posted in the correct area.

2: I don't think anyone has a problem with it, I certainly do not.

3: I don't see that Jon has been disrespectful or hateful to the OP

4: I do see someone trying to create a problem and it's not the OP or Jon

5: I have about had enough of it so it stops now or someone may just get banned. This is a forum primarily about Cub Cadets. We allow some flexibility in this area. When it turns to rants and unsubstantiated accusations well then it needs to be stopped. Trust me I am more than happy to help the younger members and I/we welcome them but this is not a babysitting service. If a member continues to cause problems then they will be banned.

6: Justin and Jon are not the problem in this thread, as far as I'm concerned they have both acted as adults and treated each other with respect.

7: Don't make me do the Nuke thing.

Default well thought I'd try again......

A couple days ago I picked up a john deere 316. Nice condition and it runs good, trans is good, and everything works good. I've been talking to my uncle and we think we should either make it into a track tractor or articulating tractor. Thought it would be cool. I'll get some pics either tonight or tomorrow if the thread stays up. Appreciate it if we could stay away from some certain comments. Thanks

Please remove the religious connotation from your signature as it is in contravention of Forum rules. This is a tractor site, with no room for ones religious or political leanings. As JMech stated, put a chapter and verse reference for your favorite biblical verse, but the line should be drawn there.

Take this as a personal request, your next action will precipitate any further actions regarding formal complaints to Moderators etc.

I fully understand, but I respectfully decline. It is my right to show what I believe in. In fact it is my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT. Forum rules can NOT have any say in what I believe in weather on the forum or mentally.

Really I'm not even disobeying the rules. Heres what it says:

• There shall be no postings for any material that is considered Religious or Political in nature. No matter how thinly disguised, these posts will be removed.

That is NOT a post, it is my signature. Therefor there is a loophole I found and in the eyes of any "official" person they would see the same. Therefor I will not delete it. If anyone has a problem with this I would be glad to talk about it via PM. I will NOT talk about this on my thread about a JD anymore but this.

Thanks Lew. Ya if I can even find them on CL they go for a LOT. I'm glad I could get it. I think a track tractor would be cool. Fab it so a zero turn mower trans will fit it. Be cool and fun.

OK, I merged these 2 threads, because they are both about the same topic.

One of the other mods had closed it, I don't know who. I assure you that if it get's any more out of control, political or religious. I will flat out delete the whole thread. I am so seriously tired of playing Dr. Phil you have no idea.

The weather here flat out sucks, I've had a crappy day and I'm in a seriously crappy mood. DO NOT PUSH MY BUTTON!

Thanks sam. I hope I'm not causing any trouble. But if its really that big a deal, then I'll leave. I'm keeping what I have as my signature, and if someone deletes it or forces me to change it or kick me for not changing it then I will leave. Its my constitutional right to say what I said. Really its not even against the rules, since it says post and nothing about signatures. But I want to see what Roland has to say on the issue.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
