Default Thanks guys

I love the fact that the narrow frame tractors will fit perfectly in my Element. Leaves me little excuse but to see if another one or four will fit!! I was just out ridin around and she runs so nice, does need brake and clutch rebuilt though. Amazing how slow the creeper is too.

I'll be buyin another original to restore down the road as the one I have now has the "infamous" cracked frame at the gearbox. I need to have an Original with a correct chassis. The welds are pretty good and looks like they've been there for years. Funny, just sold my mountain bike to purchase the 71!

I got some of my Cubs out yesterday. One of my 2135s, the 122 and both of the 104s. Not shown is the other 2135, both 123s and the 125.

I got a couple of more out yesterday. Here's one of the 2135s, one of the 123s, both 104s, the 122 and the 125. I have to dig out the other 2135 and the other 123 from a different shed.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
