History of Sleeve Hitch
Hi All - I'm trying to narrow down the dates of when Cub Cadet stopped using the sleeve hitch and switched to the category 0 3 point hitch. I know they started in 1960 with the Original and ended sometime during the production of the 782 (I think). Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

It is shown as an option in the 1210 thru 1864 parts book. I wonder why?

I've never seen a sleeve hitch on anything newer than the 82 series. My very first 782 had one. My current 782 has a cat 0 on it....cat 0 > sleeve hitch IMO

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
