Default Painting video
its been a busy week, ive probably sprayed 4 gallons of paint this week trying to get a tractor finished up. this afternoon while painting i had the idea to tape my cell phone to the booth window and record some of it for you guys, hope you enjoy it.

Great idea Tim. Thanks for the video. Always a learning experience im a fan. You should do more of these, mixing, etc. I liked the cold weather painting tips although doesn't apply to me!

I want to send you some parts. Looks great! What tractor are you working on? I see what looks like an air cleaner for a letter series.

Just some basic info please, what kind of paint gun ( HVLP? ) and type of paint.

I helped out painting at work ONCE. They never asked me again

the gun is a sata jet 3000 hvlp and the paint is the same valspar as the case/ih paint. Here's an up close pic of one of the parts after I was done.

Make it look to easy. I should do one how I have to do it sitting in the chair, trying to wheel holding onto the gun and getting tangled up in the air hose after the second round, then having the over spray falling down covering up my chair in yellow.
OH, those paint booths are sweet...

My solution for your hose problem would be a hose reel from the ceiling so the hose isn't on the ground, just an idea.
