Cool Some stuff my dad picked up this summer show season
Hey guys,
Here's some stuff my dad picked up this summer show season, first up is a 15 gallon drum of IH Hytran fluid, it is empty though, and in very good condition, next is an IH battery and ground strap rack that used to be in a dealer on the wall where the battery cables and ground straps would be hanging, and today he picked up this clock from an IH truck dealer that went out of business, it has been on the wall prior to 1960, and still works and is in very good condition, it is about 2 feet across, oh and this sakrete cement sign that came from a good friend, he may be picking up some more nos stuff from there.

Looking good Nick. That clock is a really cool score. Hytran too. Tell us some stats about those reel mowers.

Thanks Mike, that is a 1949 Reo reel mower.

Looks like one of those is a trim mower and the other is powered.
Is it Briggs or Reo? powered?

I've used both in my youth.
power sure beat the heck out of push reels.
I liked those little slanted Reo's, they lived forever.

The little one looks like a 1 wheel trimmer for close work.
I still had to use the sheep shears around things, how far we've come with string trimmers now.

Yes it is, single wheel for trimming.
