Default New Semi-Barn Find 1811

Have not been on here much guys been working many, many hours, but did happen to get lucky enough to find this really nice 1811 tractor.
It appears to have been restored by someone, hopefully by a member on this site. Bought it from a lady in Holtwood, Pa that had bought it from a church member a couple of years ago. It was kept in their barn and only used for some minor trimming around the property.
Starts well, hour meter shows 1800 hours but there is absolutely no way this tractor has that many hours. Whoever restored it really showed it some love. I mean this thing is in great shape and mows just awesome. Got just a few things to do to it that I have found so far:
1) Brake linkage does not pull back to return so good.
2) Surges a little much a low idle.
3) Deck overall is in excellent shape but the pulleys are rusted and it already
ate one belt.
4) AND before someone else points it out I KNOW it has an IH emblem that has to be removed, will do that when I get a real CC emblem.
That is all that I have found for now, if anyone on here knows any history on the tractor, I certainly would like to hear about it. SER # is 772085

Thanks guys, the tractor had been reprinted there is no CC decal anywhere. I am having some trouble getting the deck leveled out. Got it close enough today to mow and it mows great just not even and I dont have hardly any range of lift height.

I would have bet money that a member on this site was the person that restored this machine. The lady that I bought it from said that she was getting tons of phone calls on this and was happy to make them stop.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
