I hear that....I've been trying to buy an item on c-list for a week. I got one response of "still available" and that's it, despite numerous attempts at more questions and photo requests. (the item is 300 miles one way away and I'm not traveling without seeing more pics of it.) IMO it's likely gone.

I cannot believe he hasn't already rented it out for a prom ride. Maybe some Shriner could ride it in a parade?

Default Craigslist Rant Part Duex!

It seems as though Michigan has the Craigslist worst!

I found an 1811 a little over an hour from me listed on Craigslist for $200... The add was 32 minutes old. I contacted him immediately and told him I wanted it. As I'm getting things around (ramps, straps, etc.) I look again on Craigslist-and wow, there's pictures now and the price is doubled. So, I texted the guy again... he says: yeah, someone from downstate offered him $400 but can't get there till Sunday... So, if I want it, now the price is $400... Yeah, it's probably worth it but do I want to make a deal with someone like that... I don't think so...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
