Maybe you should do a deck for it now and keep the thread alive!?

All kidding aside... that is one awesome tractor and your work is amazing!

But I really will miss the posts!
Appreciate it Jay I've got the carb and oil bath coming up in the future, as well as the mule drive cover. May even put some weights on, but still undecided on that.
I thought most would be glad it's done, not having to listen to my progress report every other day.../
I do have two roached decks that I may be able to make one good one from the two. I've had enough of the resto-modding for awhile, need to do some repairing to the rest that were neglected...

All that's left to do is get the original carburetor fixed and oil bath air cleaner installed, and paint and install the mule drive cover, but that can be done anytime...
Big thanks to Duke (methos) and the Master of Lew for hooking me up with the missing parts I needed, and their knowledge in getting it done right
And everyone else for their support along the way
It's been fun

Todd congrats on finally getting it done! The level of craftsmanship that you've put into this refresh is outstanding! I was glad to add my in when you needed me to.

You should be very proud. You did a great job. I have an O on my wish list that has everything that this one does.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
