How about a Jacobsen? This example have been sold for $3000 at the crown asset auction in Kingston, On, Canada in May 2014.

I've often wondered how good a Cadet Tank zero turn is?
the cub cadet tank is just a rebadged Lesco. lesco makes a good machine but i see allot with hydro pump issues. me personally i like ferris the best but i love a good orange zero turn!

Never heard of Lesco so I googled it, couldn't find anything on the company other than MTD/Cadet made the mowers for them. Apparently they had ties to Scag at one time, now Deere has something to do with them? I think I'll just stick with my Supers!

I owned a Lesco ZTR. I couldn't get parts for it. IIRC, as John said, Cub made them for Lesco and I think Deere purchased the Lesco line so Cub quit making parts for them. I ended up trading it for an 1863.

I was told to stay away from Kubota Diesel ZTR's. They have(or had) pump/transmission issues. They were good for about 600 hours and then it was time to dump a pile of money into them.

+1 on the Scag. If I ever breakdown and get a ZTR it will be a Scag or Exmark.
