I've tried to find a good pic of a new dash all morn... do I have a flange broke off my dash !! That keeps my hood from falling down on the battery ?

There is nothing on these machines that is "difficult"..... not to me anyway, but I work on big equipment and cars... so, these are pretty simple machines.
They are way more fun and easier to work on than cars. I can't stand working on cars.

I'll be darn !!! Yep... Mine is history... Good job fixing yours there !! I tried to order one yesterday.. HAD NO LUCK WITH THAT !!! Wonder where I can find a good one ?

After thinking and looking at the dashes here.... I think rather than buy a new dash... Ill fabricate some hood stops... two little rubber cone shaped things for the hood to rest on... YEA... Im sure I can find some metal to tie into and stay out of the way of the battery !! I cant look mat the mower right now cause im at work... But ill figure out something... Pics to follow...
