As long as there selling them as reproductions what's the issue? My only issue would be if there trying to pass them off as originals. I don't see it being a real money making scheme anyway, by the time they buy the craftsman cart and modify it and paint it they will have to sell them for as much or more than an original cart.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
