Yes I know, But the PO did try that last Dec. 2015, let it sit a year and this year was able to move it 3/4 of a turn.
He did leave it without the plugs in it, for a year, outside, with the hood closed, can mice fit in that little hole? Maybe a baby mouse could have fit, got stuck, then the other mouses threw him some food, then he got too fat and died in there... I am waiting for the Master Baker to chime in.

Lew - it begs to be saved, I can hear it from here! I would be willing to take on the task if you decide otherwise.

Yep, a mess, but I've saved worse. Expensive? Probably but look what you have when done, one of the best supers made IMHO. Put it in a box and let me know when to pick it up if you decide to pull the plug.

Nice score Lewis!
Sorry I'm late to the party. Had a busy couple days. ![]() I don't think you can unstick that one. Box it up and ship it to me, I'll send it back all nice, new and pretty blue! Just send some Benjamin's in the box with the motor. I've saved worse. So, what you gonna do with it? Ebay the parts? |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
