Looks very nice Todd!! And it should mow just like new!
 Reminds me of the one I did about two years ago. But it sure is nice and quiet and very smooth now.. You will enjoy using it!!

Yeah looks great! Is this for show...or to use? Maybe u already know this.... I take my belt gaurds off. The grass that piles on this deck is crazy. Sometimes in the spring....the deck is completely full of grass....ON TOP! Like a couple inches thick. I don't always want too but cleaning the top after every mow for this one is must.

Todd, man that looks better than new!!! What front wheels are you using? They look wider than original. I have used the Xtreme replacements but they can leave marks in the lawn with tight turns.

Thanks everyone. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this deck yet.
Steve, it has the same wheels like my 3000 series mower similar to these but it looks like the ones on Ebay have roller bearings in them. http://www.ebay.com/itm/6x3-6-1-4-x-...gAAOSw7FRWXcmP I now use these sealed bearings because they last forever and require no grease. https://www.amazon.com/Bearing-Pack-...flange+bearing

Todd, was looking at your underneath shot. The white plates around the spindles. Those are add ons of structure/support? I likey. Any close ups of those? Did you use same dimensions as topside or go any bigger?
