New member here, this is my first post. I have a 682 that drains the battery when the mower is on (needle pegs to left) after an hour or so. If the mower isn't on it runs and charges fine. I have no experience with electric clutches, is the clutch shot? Or could it be something simple and cheap? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help. Tom

![]() I have to ask a question. Please take no offense but we have to know. Do you have either of these Test Meters.....DVM or VOM....??? If so, do you know to check for continuity and resistance...???

my neighbor gave me an owners manual for a 682, it says .010-.015. .020 max
mine is at .015. To check the ohms I check between the wire and ground is that correct? |

I disconnected the clutch and between the wire going into the clutch and ground it reads 0.0 ohms
