This is a good price. I have two NAPA bulbs in stock now, thinking I would cut the original panel. I just replaced it instead. The GE 4411 seems to be pretty tough.
I have several CCs that I use quite often in very rough conditions, and I seem to have a dead bulb every few years. I also end up buying complete basket case tractors that have one or both missing, so having a nice supply on hand is useful. At $5/bulb for 8 shipped, I thought it was worth stocking up.
