Well the side panels and fender pan make it look better already.
I hope you ain't runnin that thing around without the tunnel cover. Scares the chit out of me seeing that. Went through a "blow apart" one time, and without the cover, it wouldn't have been good...

I forgot to mention that after sitting a week I fired it up and it didn't smoke at all, I'm very impressed with how well this thing runs despite it's outward appearance. If I can round up a good PTO switch I think I'm gonna pull the deck off the 1211 and take it for a test run before the end of the season.

I think it has character.

Since it's already purple I thought about giving it a proper purple paint job to support pancreatic cancer, my wife would really like that since that's what took her dad last year but I don't think I could bring myself to do it.

That would be acceptable in my book. Not many reasons to paint one not original color but, that a good reason

I got my fuel pump and tomorrow I will get an engine and a trunk and on the third day I will get the transmission and all the chrome.
