I'm not that up on the "OLD" ones, but the 147 should have the largest engine, 14hp Kohler I believe.

I’m not super knowledgeable on the non-qa (Pre-1x4/5 models) attachments. I’m pretty sure the original is an oddball though.

147 will be the biggest and most modern of those options. 70 and 100 are basically the same tractors but the 100 would have had a 10hp engine vs 7hp in the 70. Otherwise they are the same. Original is a 7hp. I’d argue that it’s more of a collector tractor than a worker, but plenty of people use them to work.

147 is hydrostatic and the rest of those are gear drive.

Your attachment's will fit the 70/100 no problem, they will also fit the 147 but will still have to be bolted on since they're probably not quick attach attachments. The original takes attachments that are specific to it.

So they should fit any “narrow frame” model:
70/100
71/102/122/123
72/104/105/124/125
73/106/107/126/127/147

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
