I'll try to stay on topic here,
Well the 86 was used to haul the AigrFab 4 wheel wagon to the garden and load it up with corn stalks and other dried garden rems, then off to the burn pile. (The wagon was painted Cub yellow several years ago and comes in very handy hauling fire wood too.) Cheryl jumped on the 86 at the burn pile (she thought it was to close) and moved the empty wagon behind the sugarhouse. That clutch is really getting pretty weak so its on the list of things to do too. That 8 hp is the easiest starting tractor of the bunch and has the smoothest shifting. I did start the 73 again and yes it smokes just as bad as yesterday. Regards, Chris

Got to putting some of the blower back together tonight, not a show piece, but turned out nice enough for me:biggrin2.gif:. Can't wait to get it mounted on the 71!

Mizar I saw your post about the ash trees. Are you sure it was a blight? Here in the east there is a huge ash borer problem that is decimating trees. All the State Forestry Services are saying don't take your firewood camping or move it from state to state for fear of spreading the little bugger. I was going to try to use the super today to bring firewood up to the garage. It has been acting up since I parked it on the hill to take the shadow pics. Well I thought it was the starter but she cranked fine and ran but smoked like crazy. I had a suspicion and sure enough the crank case oil is thin and full of fuel. I guess when I stopped on an angle on the hill the carb float stuck and flooded the crankcase. I'm pretty sure mine has the walbro carb and I think it's going to get a new Kohler carb this week! Along with an oil change of course. I've only got about 3 hours on it since I changed it last, dang it.
