Since the IH rear ends we pretty much all same up through the 82 series (S/N: 720,000> started the Aluminum rears), the Sleeve Hitch was the same.
While that is true, there are some nuances to the different lift mechanisms and how they attach to the tractor. For instance the 1x6/7 series needs an extra bracket, and some of them have different lift rods as well.

About midway through the quiet line series, they went to Frankenstein bolts as well.

They are mostly the same though and mostly interchangeable.

If you’re handy you can build your own. I did and made some sketches. I got the dimensions from a factory Cub rear lift.
