Default 102 Snow blade

Hey guys

It's me again, so I got the new return springs on the blade, but now I am having problems mounting it to my 102. I am not sure if I am missing a bracket, or if I have the wrong under carriage. I sure could use some help.

Thanks

Sminkey,

Thanks for the pdf post!
I missed it in the manual library and I've been trying to scrabble up enough info to fab up a blade and mount for my 104.

Guys

Thanks I have the bolt on type. I took some pictures, however I am having problems uploading them to the internet. I tried with the bolt on and it was to narrow to fit on the outside of the frame on my 102. And it seems that the lifting bracket on the rockshaft is striking the subframe of the plow. I hope I can get it to work.

Thanks guys

Dave

There are some extension brackets you are probably missing. Unfortunately I don't have a picture.

these are on my 100.
I was told that if you have the mule drive on without the undercarriage or pulleys you do not need those.

Hey guys

The pic that darkminion posted is the same type of sub frame. I guess I need to make those extensions up. Looks like the extensions are about 3 or 4 inches. I will have to Fab some up. I did try by taking the pulley off the mule drive and it is keeping the blade about 1 inch off the ground, and also the lift rod may not be the right size now.
So if I could get some dimensions of the extensions and the overall length on the lift rod I would appreciate it.
Thanks All

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
