Default Front blade on 122
hi guys,

I have purchased a blade from Rob Houtz. Hopefully will be here soon. I was wondering how it mounts to the frame on a 1966 Cub Cadet 122?

Assuming your are talking about a front blade.....
Well, the same blade will fit many models of Cubs. But what makes the difference is the subframe. Different models requiure different subframes. So hopefully you already have the correct subframe or purchased it with the blade. The manual at this link should answer any more of your questions.

yes i did i just didn't know if a 122 would be the same mount as a 100 i purchased the mount with the blade for my 122 so i hope it is correct mount thanks thad

The 70/100 thru the 1x2/3 were "bolt on" front implement. The mounting is the same.

You can bolt the "QA" ( quick attach) sub frame to the 122 but the back "ears" are not slid onto the frankenstein bolts as on the QA models ( 124 / 125 )
