1650 hydroplate slop
Hey gang,
I am refurbishing a 1650 and it has the typical trunnion repair needed...but my question is how much slop should/ shouldn't there be between the two plates that the brake/clutch control rod IH 54513-R2(also need the pin re-done it's pretty worn) rides between it seems to be pretty sloppy on the pin...haven't taken it apart to see how worn the pin is...but i was able to remove the double sided pin control rod without disassembling the two plates

I shim them with some shims for McMaster Carr. I use a feeler gauge to find out what i need for thickness. Been a while since I've done one.
