OK, Ironman was right. This HF rig is not a magic tool. I got the 6-12 ags on using the HF mini tire changer. But it was a BEEECH! NOT FUN. Just like the video below ended up using the tire spoons rather than the red bead tool.
The inner tube valve stem is at an angle on one. Maybe tomorrow I will let the air out and try to shift that tube not sure if that will work. But, they are on, and on the tractor. Some of the lug bolts had damaged threads and tomorrow I'll chase those with the tap and the die. next up is the tri-rib fronts. Here's a video that i showed my wife. The HF tire jig was much better with the fronts. Got the tri ribs on the blasted and painted fronts, pounded in the new sealed bearings and put em on. That freed up enough wheels and tires that hold air to put onto the 123 project so it can be rolled out of the way. I did apparently get one inner tube in there backwards and the stem pulled back a bit. Dint feel like fixing that today tho. And we'll see when time comes to remove dry hard rears and fronts from the other wheels with the HF gizmo tho!

I still use my HF mini tire changer on front tires, but I've decided the local tire shop can mount the rear tires for me from now on.

Picked up a very rusty plow for $60. I hope it fits the 100, in the installation manual which I found online looks like the two vertical mounting brackets are for an original, but I can fab something if necessary. Need to find where to get a new edge strip. And next summer this can be sandblasted, painted. Its got some deep pitting but still serviceable.
