So after a bunch of setbacks, work, waiting on tires , repainting the hood, stuck needle valve, etc . I finally got the 105 put back together. Fired it up, ran like a champ, moved the hydro handle..... nothing.... just shut it off and went back inside. After about a week of research, mainly on this site, I figured it out. When I installed a new seal in the hydro charge pump I reinstalled the cap 180 degrees out. Easy fix, after I tore everything apart. Just not a bunch of fun.

Grille Color
Nice work, I am nearing the end of a similar resto on my 105. What color did you paint the grille? My existing one looks silver but I have seen where others did them in white with everything else and other look silver.
