Default SC2400 Yanmar/ CC

Hello new to the forum
We have (6) SC2400 tractors. They are at least 10 years old, still running good for the most part. Problems start front U joints going out, was able to get new ones, Amazon are no longer available. It's OK we don't need front drive, flat and paved. I have a new problem, is PTO switch going out. I have replaced with aftermarket parts, had to replace wiring. Now more are going bad. Can I bypass switch so it doesn't work any more? We have no attachments, only used for moving trailers, and 2 to 300 gal. sprayers around. Use golf cart's for the most part.
Any help would be appreciated.

First, welcome to OCC........

I personally did not know what an SC2400 is/was. Come to find out it is a Sub Compact Utility Tractor. I have no experience in this arena.

Chetv10 welcome to OCC. You may want to post a question over on this site. It looks like they have a CC/Yanmar SCUT group.

There are the standard Cub Cadet Parts wiring diagrams for them On the Cub website Not the Best But they are there. With the Yanmar Made Cubs On the Cub parts website Use the Decal Model Number when searching IE SC2400

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
