On a 48" GT Cutting deck, the deck idler pulley bearings can they be replaced? Also the pulleys between PTO and Deck drive pulley?

Some can, others cannot
if the 2 halves are spot welded or riveted together, USUALLY they can be drilled out and bearing replaced then bolted back together.
BUT, since those idler pulleys are so inexpensive on the
net and Tractor supply or farm home stores, its just not worth the effort.

Now the mule drive "V" pulleys are a bit more costly, but since usually by the time the bearings take a shit, the "V" in the pulleys now look like a "U" causing accelerated belt wear.
As "thrifty" as I am I will just replace them.

If you don't know, a needle syringe like a diabetic one will make a great injector
for adding grease to those bearings and making them last forever.
For over 60 years I've been injecting grease into implement/combine flange
type bearings keeping them running long past their normal life.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
