Default I have same issue after Cub 125 sat unused 12-18 montha!
Wondering if you found your fix? I have pulled the pair of "disengage' valves & they seem to be working fine. My fluid is cloudy so I'll change that. I backed the machine into the garage. It was my 4th cub at the time(3 125s & 1 124.) Came with snow plow, no mower. Left it set 18 months until my snowblower & truck mounted plow both were down. That's when I found out it was down too!

A pair of 100's, both look fairly well stock, one with a creeper, and a snow plow that I will never use in south Florida
