Project 2312
I bought this 1211 from Lew several years ago and its been a good tractor so far. Early on i had coverted it to dual hydrualics as seen in this link https://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/...highlight=1211 . I've been mowing with a 782 that i put a brand new briggs 23hp in from small engine warehouse but i no longer need it to mow so i decided to drop the 23hp into the 1211 frame. i brought both tractors to the shop and in the process of cleaning them up to swap engines, i discovered the 1211 is starting to peel paint and since i already had a gallon of yellow and a gallon of white i decided to do a quick paint job. I got all the yellow sprayed last night and will hopefully get all the white sprayed this evening. i have a decal kit on the way and i'm hoping a local shop can reproduce the hood decals to have the 2312 model number to reflect that its 23hp with dual hyrualics.
if i can get them to post i will add some pics of the yellow, i will have to apoligize for the poor pic quality as my phones camera is all messed up. This tractor also has a power angle plow which is also blasted and ready to paint and i have a custom wheel weight setup i will also be posting as i have time to work on it.

Nice job Tim! There are a lot of new members on here since you have stepped away for a short time. If any members have questions on painting, Tim is the guy to ask.
What paint & primer did you spray? As always, keep feeding us pics.

I made some progress the last two nights. The engine is bolted in, wired up and the choke/throttle cables attached. I ran into an issue because when i originally converted to dual hydraulics I used hard line and the new engine wouldn't fit with the lines but a quick trip to the hydraulic hose shop solved that issue. I have a few small thing to button up tomorrow and I will be ready to fire it.
