I bought a NOS deck pan
i finally broke down and bought a brand new deck pan. i spent some time looking around for good decks, and most of the ones for sale had serous rust issues. at 500 bucks it wasnt cheap, but if it lasts me the next 20+ years it will be cheap in the long run. look at how long the decks that are left took to rust out, they lasted a long time and most people didnt care for them properly which is why they are beat. so with a nice NOS 48" deck, the cub will be ready for spring when it finally arrives. the qa42 has been serving me well so far, the cub is proving to be a great workhorse. still has allot of small issues but it runs well and the drivetrain is still very strong

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
