Don't know who made them, but I have always like the looks of them. Missed one on CL here locally a year ago for $25

I have one like that one. It had a Simplicity decal on it when I dug it out of a dumpster. That cart is for an Allis Chamler lawn tractor. Simplicity made lawn and garden tractors for AV. Here is a link to a Simplicity site showing that cart.

FYI. A wagon has four wheels, and a trailor has two.
I to have seen one of those as a Allis Chalmers, (dump cart)

There was one like that on NY Hudson Valley Craig's List for months. It comes up every once in a while.
I saved a picture from the add.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
