Thanks for all the ideas guys, it now looks like it should, like new. I used Soft Scrub with bleach and Tilex mold cleaner. I didn't follow the instructions and left it on longer than suggested, when I went back the mold had disappeared!!! This is what I was looking for and I didn't have to find a replacement. Thanks again, you guys are awesome!!!

Yes, your method worked the best B-Brush, I guess I owe you a beer or something. I will give it one more treatment of elbow grease and call it good. It definitely was worth the trouble cleaning it, "Thank-you".

Vinyl paint is only good on items with no flex. Seats and such it will just flake off. Been there and regreted wasteing money on that

They do make a flex additive that I've used on automobile restorations. Painted door panels and seat panels and never had an issue after 7 years of use. Guess it's all in what product you use.
