A few of our sponsors sell sleeve hitches with floating or non-floating straps. How do you decide which one to get? If it makes a difference, I'll be using mine with a 149, a Brinly moldboard plow, and Agri-Fab disc cultivator.

Also, what is the Brinly Sway Plate for? Any photos of one in use?

You need floating ones for the plow; the cultivator needs down pressure, but you can just weight it to take care of that. I have never needed or used that draft plate...
