Default 782 Deck and mule drive on a 1450
Would it be possible, temporarily, to put a mule drive and mower from a 782 onto my 1450? I know they would fit up, but what other issues might I run into? I have the belt from the 782, which is a larger belt than the PTO on the 1450, but I have run a snow blower with the smaller pulley on my 782 with no troubles, so hopefully with enough tension, I can make it work.

Make sense?

I have to sell my main mower, and it might go before the mowing season is over. My 782 is still in pieces with fresh paint.

I am not sure the mule drive belt will fit correctly and not shred, but it can't hurt to give it a try if you have no other choice.
