That deck is for an Original...It looks a bit rough from here, so I'd say no more than $40 or so.

The first two pics are of an old horse drawn plow. Could be modified to pull behind a cub i think. The deck for the O is fair shape but with saving if not riddled wiht holes at the seems. Nice looking cultivator and small disk, also with the possibility of being modded to work with a cub. In the next pic there appears to be a rusty cart. In the cart i cant ID the thing in it but it looks to have a quick attach mule setup . The rusty piece infront of the red thing is a brinly sleeve hitch which is very worth getting! Next pics are of a JD push blade...worthless , and the next pic is a IH little genius #2 plow. A sears suburban, unknown year or make from the pic.

Over all congrats on the blade and plow! It looks like you can add rippers, (can easily take the cultivator in the pic and use the rippers from it), to the front of it which makes for easy work when leveling gravel or the occasional mole hills!

The picture of the garden tractor is some form of a MTD 990. Kinda rare units and are highly sought after by those who know of them and are aware of their capablities. Some (like pictured) came with a hydrostatic tranny, and others were gear driven with a clutch system like what is found in a Cub Cadet. They had sleeve hitches on the back and are robust enough to handle a FEL

MTD produced them, but they were sold under multiple names and colors.

Yes, I noticed the sleeve hitch after looking at the pics when I got home, am going to go get it. And you are correct about the blue MTD, it has a sticker with ser #. It is hydrostatic with a 16hp Briggs and I'm pretty sure rear hydralics, He said it needs carb parts but did run when it was parked. What would the value be as it sits? The cart is a Brinly and he did say he wanted $50.00 for it. The bottom of it is bellie out from use, but still in overall good shap, no holes ect.

I forgot to ask you guys, any thoughts on that black back blade. What is the purpose of the rectangular tubing with holes in it? The blade will swivel. I don't know what I'll use it for, but for $20.00, I didn't think I could go wrong.

Not sure as I have never seen one for sale or be sold. As usual, the market would vary location to location, but Im sure if you could get it for less than $300 I think you would be alright. Probably worth 500 running. I hate to say numbers though, as your area may be completly different than mine.

Here is one for sale on CL: http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ws...591795254.html

Fix the carb, test and tune it, decide if you like it or sell it to make some money to cover the costs of all the other little goodies you have found.

Was back up to the scrap yard today and got that sleeve hitch for $20.00 (traded him some scrap aluminum eve spouting) But it is to wide to fit my 1450. iam going to have to add some spacers for it to work. It measures about 10 3/4" on the ID. What is that arm sticking up for. Is it factory or did someone add it?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
