Well...... I fixed it. (Mike from PA helped me out, not sure if he's on here)
I'm sorry to say that this green horn had the condenser on the wrong side of the coil. Thanks for all the help guys. Feel dumb, but at least people should know for next time.

Take heart,
I'm sure you are not the first person to do that. And I'm sure you will never make that mistake again. You described a condenser problem and I suggested you change it in post #8 Guess I should of asked if it was hooked up properly, so I can take some blame for assuming that it was. Glad it works well and now you have all those good used parts for future needs

John the best part of this whole story is that you weren’t afraid to admit an oversight on your part. I’ve worked with too many guys over the years that wouldn’t and try to hide or cover up things and it makes it ten times worse to troubleshoot further especially over the phone. Good on you!
