Default value of 125 with hydrolic

I'm hoping someone can get me a value, or at least what you would pay for this.
It's a 125 with the blower and hydrolic lift. Has the sleeve hitch to. It's at a dealer and I talked to him and he's selling for a friend of his. His friend has $700 on it but I offered $500 and he thinks he would except that, but he'll have to talk to him to make sure and get back to me this afternoon.
The dealer told me it ran good when it was parked last fall, (heard that before) But what I would like to know is, $500 to much or ball park if it runs out good?
The dealer also told me he has a brand new 2B tiller in the box, the box isn't in the best shape, but it's complete with the gear box. He wants what he has into it, sold new for $820.50 it was born on 4-30-1983. I'm not interested in it, but thought maybe someone would be.
He is a 50 year dealer for cub.
Here's pictures of the tractor. (no deck)
Thanks

well keep in mind, those hydraulic lifts complete with the rockshaft...if in good working order are going for $300-$350....plus the snow thrower which is a good $150-$200...the sleeve hitch which is about $125 give or take...so basically you get the tractor for free. id say that's a good deal. i paid $300 for hydraulic lift for my 122 and it was a great investment.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
