Im guessing the emulsion tube is clear?

dose it go away when you turn the deck on?

Will it run smooth at top no load speed?

If you mean fuel line it seems to be because gas flows out of the fuel pump discharge line although i don't what the pressure should be and it does run ok at full speed no load but when i drive it i feel a slite miss. thanks for the reply

Vince is talking about the very small holes in the tubes that mix gas and air inside the carb. If you cleaned them when you rebuilt it try some fresh gas and some Sea-Foam. You also may have a coil going bad, ask me how I know about that. Was going to say you could have a bad SAM but the CH18 doesn't have that consider yourself lucky. Does it act better if you pull the choke out just a bit, if it does you probably still have crap in your carb. Hope this helps.

The reason I asked about the deck is that when the deck is on your useing the main jet, away from the idle circit and top no load, deck or plowing ect, is still using the idle circuit.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
