I found this 63 "0" 2 weeks ago. It was offered it to me for $325 and still haven't pulled the trigger. It comes with the blade and tire chains. My thing is , there are no fenders. and for what people ask for them , I don't think the 0 will be worth $500.00 once I find fenders for it. I still what to restore it and add lights and a spring assist lift. Is the $325 for it, worth it?

I would probably go for it. But Im about to admit I have a cub cadet problem ( Addiction ). Around here that would bring at least that and with the fenders it would top over the 500 mark.

look man, I have built a solid 425hp 383 vortec Chevy small block. I have to ask myself when was the last time YOU had a solid 425hp under your hood. Maybe then you all diesel motor freeks would be woke up. I know deisel has the long run, but not in a mile or two. A gas motor will beat a diesel hands down!!!!!!! I built this 383 and know first hand no diesel motor is going to woop me. And besides, you can have your so called better milage per gallon when you're paying .50* more. C-ya later diesel, I'll bet the Sox and Marten Dart any day, baby!
EDTI: I can burn my tires as long and as hard as you can big diesel man!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
