Default Picked up a twin today

Well thanks to Adam I was able to land this one off CL. Was kinda touch and go with the seller, but in the end it ended up on the trailer and into the collection.

As you can see it's another 1864 with 46 GT deck. Adam has found a new home for the deck and it will be gone tomorrow. Nothing leaks on this one owner that did very small yard and only has 388 hours on the CH18S. All of the plastic is non broken and tabs are intact. One of the 1864 decals is pealing off but that doesn't bother me any. I think I found my solution to my tractorless Kwik-Way loader problem. Needless to say I couldn't pull the money out of my pocket fast enough. Now I've got to figure out which tractor this is going to replace in my collection.

Nice looking Cyclops Buddy. I just happen to know where there is a killer 2284 with a new CH22 in it. The owner may be willing to talk a trade & some $$$ with you.

Thanks Sam! The extra $$$ is what scares me. I've told you before I'm the right guy for that 2284 just got to figure out the $$$ side of it. I've always liked the 2182's as well. Something about that 3 cylinder gas engine.

That's the hard part I don't know. Each one of mine are good tractors and each have their good and bad points. Just got to sort it out and talk to Evan about it. It's either the 1650 or 782 but which one I don't know. I need to be able to till still so one of them has to stay for that duty. This sucks trying to figure out which one.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
