Default What's wrong with this pic??????

Surfin' the ole interweb and came across this cub for sale. First of all, the price is just a tad too high. Second of all, what the heck is going on with the rear end. Maybe a PO mod of some sorts?

Trying to figure out what the scoop is. The tires aren't laying there cause it appears they are bolted to a rear end. Maybe the axles are out or it's an illusion. Photoshopped or cropped or........ Anyone have any ideas?

Just a tad high???!!!!!!!!!!!

The angle of the tires are the same when the pics were taken at different view points so i would think that its a real pic....Maybe the hubs are attached to the wheels....

Trying to be nice in case the seller's a member here.

That's what I was thinking. Just hubs bolted or the whole axle. One of those that you look at the pic, then do a double take.

Doh!!

Good eyes guys. Wish I could blame it on "old eyes", but I don't consider myself old even though the birthday's next week..........
And I'm a hydro guy.

Maybe I'll call and offer $999.

Christmas markup prolly.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
