Hood Catch
After getting the 102 refurbished and painted I wanted to do something about the hood opening down on the grille. So first I moved the voltage regulator down on a rubber mount. Then I drilled and tapped a 1/4" hole in the top of the grille casting to bolt a small hook to. The next piece is mounted to a lengthened rear hood ornament bolt. The hood piece has a small hook on the end to catch the smaller hooked piece. No more marring the grille paint and denting the hood .
