Default Snow Blowers
I have a 1984 1512 (782) tractor that I would like to get a snow blower for. I have found two diffrent sellers that have a 190-451 two stage blower.Problem is one sayz it will work ,one sayz it won't. Question is will the 451 work and if not what will work

For the 1512, you can fit:

Snowthrowers
*QA42B
*H48 (Haban)

Snowblowers
190-364
190-450

Anything else, you will have to make modifications.

What is the diffrence between a snow blower & thrower. Any idea what changes are needed to make the 451 work? I am told it will fit right on but why won't it work?

The difference between a snowthrower and a snowblower is. the snowblower has a FAN that blows the snow out the chute. The snowthrower simply uses the spin of the auger to dispense the snow.

I do NOT know the difference between the 450 and 451 snowblower other than the 451 would be a newer implement for newer Cubs,

The 451 has a different gear ratio because the newer tractors it was meant for had a larger diameter PTO clutch, so you'll either need to change the gears in it or put a smaller pulley on the input shaft.

is there a list or manual that would tell you what would fit a certain tractor? or like an interchange? i have seen alot of items listed, and all ask different questions wide frame etc etc

i am new to working on and playing with cubs so any help would be nice
