Default Heavy disc & plow

Well I picked up a disc and a plow today, already have a plow but since it came with it and its a 12" I figured why not. Any way they are both 3 point so I spent the afternoon converting the disc to sleeve hitch. I didn't modify the disc in any way, I just used the two front holes in the 3rd point to attach to pieces of angle iron.

Not sure what brand the disc is but the plow still has a sticker that reads yentz mtd.
Not positive about the "yentz" part.

Anyway here's some pics of the disc.

Any ideas ?

Thanks, I'm sure you'll find one if you keep looking. I got so lucky this one kinda came to me . I was so pumped I had to drag it threw the garden a few times in the dark right after finishing the hitch at about 9. Have to see what it fit in the morning . Lol

Nice, looks exactly the same. I will try to get pics of the plow tomorrow. .

I gave my 149 a full work out today. Disced and tilled a buddys small garden that i plowed last week. Then went to grandmas and retilled and planted 40'x20'.

Standing there admiring how well the earthway planted pulling behind the cub , i decided i would get the plow back out and make the garden the way it was when i was a kid , about 100'x100' . Got it all plowed, disced and about half tilled before the short belt kept slipping . It was gettig dark any way . Guess I gotta get a new belt.

I had a blast toady. .. kinda sore and beat, but I got alot of work done and I got to use the cub all day . Great day !!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
