The wife and I will be vacationing in early June to celebrate 25 years. {Not too bad of a gal to put up with me that long!} Any how, we are planning on going to Gettysburg, Hershey, Poconos, and a Jeep jamboree in Butler. Sooo for all you PA guys out there, do you have any recommendations of places to go or see? I have been there about 5 years ago with work, but didn't have much time for sight seeing, but it was beautiful country from what I saw. We might be tent camping about every other night at a state park if I can convince her the bears wont get her! Seeing some cubs on our journey would be a bonus! I will quit rambling now, so what do ya say?
Thanks in advance, Dave |

Lancaster is a nice place to spend a day, plenty of stuff to see and do down that way. I live about 50 minutes from Butler, so you'll be coming right past me on your way there, not much to do in my area except shop for cubs.

While your in Gettysburg, go to the Sunset Ice Cream shop. It's right in the historic area, delicious fresh made ice cream. If your going past State College on your way to Butler, stop in at the Berkey creamery at Penn State. They have the best ice cream (we like ice cream in this house), keaney beany is my favorite and the death by chocolate will put you in chocolate overload.
Nascar will be racing in Pocono June 7. If you've never been to a race, it's not the best track to watch your first race, 2.5 mile track, backstretch is way out there. If your not going, steer clear of the track as traffic will be ridiculous. Hershey/Lancaster is a nice area, Chocolate World at Hershey Park is free. Bill |

It sounds like Butler was your idea, sounds awesome. Being a Jeeper that's the birthplace, always wanted to go. Please take some pics. I always enjoyed Hershey park and the Poconos, beautiful area but I haven't been in years.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
